From Start to Finish
Our Process
Upon receiving your inquiry, we make it a priority to reconnect with you within 2 business days to schedule a complimentary estimate consultation. Our commitment to efficiency ensures that your vision is met with the attention it deserves from the very start of our construction process.
1. Inquiry Phase
2. Initial Consultation
A Matthew 6 Construction representative will reach out to you in order to gather more details about your project. You may be asked to provide the project address, existing photos, and other aspects of your project so we can have a deeper understanding of your scope of work.
3. Good Faith Estimate
Our estimator will review your project details in further depth with you. Desired styles and finishes will be discussed with you in this phase. After these details are discussed, we will provide you with a good faith estimate range.
If the good faith estimate is within your ideal budget, we will then schedule a time to meet at the project site with you in person. We do charge a preconstruction services fee for this phase. Should you choose to move forward with the project, and accept the final project estimate, the Preconstruction Services Fee will be put towards the total project price in the form of a deposit.
4. Preconstruction Services Phase
What does the Preconstruction Services Fee Cover?
Site Visits – Multiple project site visits, as needed, to confirm and refine the design scope of work.
Subcontractor Coordination – Walk-throughs with subcontractors or detailed scope reviews to ensure accurate estimates.
Design Collaboration – Ongoing communication and coordination with designers and architects throughout the design/build process.
Supplier Meetings – Partnering with suppliers to determine pricing and availability for the materials needed for your project.
Final Estimate & Contract – Preparation of a detailed final project estimate, which becomes the official project contract once approved and signed.
Once the final estimate is agreed upon and signed by both you and us, we can officially schedule your project on our construction calendar! The deposit for your project will be required, and our project manager will begin to communicate the details of your project timeline. Communication is at the core of our business model and our mission. We will be updating you throughout every phase of your project from here on out. We strive to be very responsive to every question you will be asking.

This is it! We keep you updated throughout the whole construction process. We take great pride in keeping our word in regard to the project timeline, craftsmanship, and quality of work. We will be there to answer any questions, address any change orders, and be present for any inspections as needed.
