Meet Teddy

Position: Operations Manager

Teddy Dawson is the Operations Manager at Matthew 6 Construction and has been with the company for five years. He brings a strong focus on building a positive workplace culture and supporting both staff and day-to-day operations.

As a new father and husband, Teddy places a high value on family, respect, and integrity, and works to reflect those principles within the company culture.

He draws on his background in Community Mental Health to support the well-being of the team and approaches customer interactions with empathy, understanding, and a service-first mindset.

Teddy was initially drawn to Matthew 6 Construction because of the trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty demonstrated by owner Christian Vogel, and those values continue to align with his role today.
