A Home Transformed, Inside & Out!
Over time, every home starts to show signs of age. For these homeowners, it was time to update several areas of their home to better fit their needs while giving the space a fresh, updated feel!
This project was a combination of exterior and interior improvements, including new siding and windows, a bathroom remodel, and a living room refresh. Each update helped bring the home together, improving its appearance, comfort, and functionality while still keeping the character of the original home.
A Fresh Exterior with New Siding & Windows
Ludington, MI
The exterior of the home received a complete refresh with new vinyl siding installed on both the house and garage. The new siding gave the home a cleaner, updated appearance while providing long-lasting protection from the elements.
We also replaced two garage windows and installed new exterior trim to finish off the updated look.
One of the biggest changes was replacing the existing front bay window. The new window helped improve the home's curb appeal while still maintaining the charm of the original design. It also brought plenty of natural light into the living room, making a noticeable difference inside the home.
To help protect the roof and reduce future staining, we also installed zinc strips along the roof peak. These help slow algae growth and keep the roof looking its best over time.
Updating the Living Room
With the new bay window in place, the living room was the perfect space to refresh next.
The existing plaster walls were updated with new drywall, creating a smooth surface ready for a fresh coat of paint. We removed the old carpet and installed new flooring throughout the room, finishing the space with new trim for a clean, completed look.
These updates helped brighten the room and create a more comfortable gathering space that ties in beautifully with the home's updated exterior!
A Bathroom Designed for Everyday Living
The bathroom remodel brought a completely new feel to the space with updated finishes and thoughtful details.
Calacatta tile was installed throughout the shower and continued as wainscoting around the room, creating a bright and timeless look. The custom tiled shower included a built-in bench for added comfort and a recessed niche for convenient storage!
New flooring completed the space, giving the bathroom a fresh, welcoming feel that the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

This project was a great example of how multiple updates throughout a home can work together to create a space that feels brand new!
