Refreshing a Family Home
This project was all about updating and modernizing a family home. While the home and garage were in good condition, the homeowners wanted to bring the spaces up to date and create a more polished, functional environment for their family!
The Client’s Vision

The goal was a comprehensive refresh, inside and out, to make the home feel modern and inviting. On the exterior, we installed new siding for both the home and garage, giving the property a fresh look. Inside, we removed outdated plaster in the living room and replaced it with smooth, clean drywall, providing a more contemporary foundation for the space.
Key Updates & Challenges
The remodel included a mix of cosmetic upgrades and more significant interior improvements:
Bathroom remodel: The shower was transformed from a prefabricated unit to a custom tile installation, complete with tiled flooring and accent walls.
Living spaces: Drywall installation in the living room refreshed the main gathering area.
Garage and exterior updates: Several updates to both the garage and main home improved appearance and functionality.
The main challenge was balancing cosmetic upgrades with functional improvements, ensuring every space felt modern while maintaining the home’s comfort and character.
The remodel brought new life to the home, creating spaces that are both stylish and functional. The upgraded bathroom, refreshed living areas, and renewed exterior make the home feel brighter, more modern, and ready for years of family enjoyment!
